Pay 1% monthly on eligible fulfilment-service revenue received, for the first 12 months of paid service only. No subscription or upfront fee.

For example, if a subsequent referred customer generates £10,000 per month in eligible fulfilment-service revenue, the 1% fee is £100 per month while that revenue is collected during the first 12 months — £1,200 in total if revenue remains unchanged.
The proposed fee excludes VAT, postage, pass-through shipping charges, refunds and pre-existing customer relationships. No fee for an unsuccessful introduction. Fees are calculated and invoiced monthly in arrears based on eligible revenue received. The 12-month period starts when paid fulfilment services begin, not when the introduction is made. No commission applies to revenue earned after that period.
Fair matching, no hidden ranking fees
Retailer matching is free. 3PLs cannot pay for higher placement in a shortlist. We assess fit using operational needs, capacity and relevant capabilities.
